Refund policy

Returns are allowed on STOCK SIZED rings (size 7) ONLY.  

We accept returns and exchanges for every piece in our collection.  Custom or customized rings are not subject to return or exchange.   Sized rings CANNOT be returned since they are considered custom made after sizing.  Jewelry must be returned in unworn/unused condition within 7 days of receipt, and all paperwork (including diamond certificates) and box must be returned with the piece. All pieces are subject to inspection upon receipt and refund. After 7 days, all sales are considered final. Custom orders, including deposits and invoices for custom orders or on customized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

If the returned piece shows clear signs of wear and/or is in any other condition that prevents resale,  we will void the refund and ship the piece back to you.

Please contact us before you send your ring back, so we can be sure it arrives safely.   Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend insuring your package, or using Fedex/UPS, as we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.  

Order Cancellation:  If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of your order being placed for a full refund. Because we make all of our rings to order, we do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours of order placement, and the piece will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
